can't see bottom ofpage

I just got a newer computer (Windows 7) and wide screen.  I cannot see the bottom of the page so it prevents me from playing as I cannot see cards, audio button, comment bar, etc.  Most web pages allow me to "shrink fit" the page by pressing "ctrl -" simultaneously to increase the field of view but not Kaiser game room or Kaiser table.  Ironically, Kaiser forum page and Kaiser help page will reduce ok.  I have looked on Windows Explorer help but it has not helped so far.

Is it a laptop or desktop PC?
