repeated resets

I have an item for the "wish list"  --  give negative points for resetting a game.  It is tempting to reset a game when your first hand is lousy.  I find it annoying when hosts do multiple resets.  I know a player can leave and I do sometimes.  I cannot say I have not done the ocasional reset myself.

I considered "Reset Table" as a feature back when i was designing Kaiser. 
As we know all 'features' can be used for good or for bad.

i find it a very good feature at start of new game when some players have left and you want to offer an opponent the chance to play as your partner. or if you playing alone and more than one player wants to join reset offers equal chance at all seats lol. *****however***** i also find it irritating when someone just doesn't like there hand and does it. i to have left games because of it. so what if you start behind. kaiser is a challenge so let it be folks.
