Not that it matters what i say, im only the Adminstrator and Creator of the Kaiser Program, but ill say it anyway... the Username ETHIE17 is NOT another user in discuise to try and torment or harrass you.

i can see more than you think and i know if players are using multiple names. This person is a DEMO player for the first time. The user entered your room and you treated them like crap because of your paranoia.

Im curious how come you didnt comment on the actual chat logs i posted that showed the truth?

I didn't comment on them because that IS what transpired.  What you could not see was the fact that they did enter the room, sat in seat few seconds then went back to room lobby, back to seat, back to lobby, popping back & forth,  then finally sat & would not bid on their hand.  I used the "meep, meep", and "honk", but they just sat there.  That is when I told my partner to remove them.  They were not communicating in any way at that time.  AFTER my partner removed them, they paged ME.  Answer me why they chose to page me when I was not even the room host.  By the way, what did they mean the pager just popped up in their face??  The pager does not do that.  I disconnected kaiser 2nite then went on & downloaded program on demo,  took new user name & did not appear under "community" as a user.   I am very sorry that you feel we should leave this site as users.   We have many friends on here.

That took place because YES in fact that is a DEMO player who was only on the site for 2 days before you verbally lashed them, and scared away a potential $20 paying customer.

Im not hiding any chat that is the entire room chat and the entire paged messages from the start of when ETHIE17 first typed anywhere on the Kaiser Community to the last word.

I know you are angry because I asked you to fix the kaiser site when it was showing overtly, aberrant problems.  DO NOT say that I have chased away a possible member.   Ken & I have paid dual memberships for the last several years even though we only use one computer.  DO NOT correct me on my English languange use or spelling when you cannot spell "disguise".  The future use of this supposed new player will spell it out.  I am asking all my friends to watch Ethie please.  HE/SHE is NOT a new user.   I know this for a fact.  Might I ask what this reference to whiskey is?  I don't drink.   Ask the folks at the last two kaiser tourneys.  When I get angry i can't type very well, I have extreme osteo arthritis & my fingers are all twisted so when i get mad  I try to type as I once could but my fingers cross.  Obviously you do not communicate on other chat lines so you don't know the abbreviations used commonly.  Post Script which is what PS means......perhaps it would be a very good idea if we did not continue this on here...use Email.    You will not win Kevin, I am woman. We were created first contrary to popular belief...ask your mom.

Check your Junk email folders as software tends to make mistakes. I also just resent the same email again so you may see 2. One from yesterday and one from just now.

Im not angry. For me this is easy i enjoy the debate. Just because you feel there is a problem does not mean there actually is. That's the purpose of this topic in the Forum and why im continuing to respond to it. You post a message that a person is offensive

I posted the conversation so that everyone would see where the actual problem really is.It shows how you twist your words around so that they always make you look like an angel.   I tried to add a little bit humor to the topic so that it was NOT so tense but that went unnoticed as well.

Last week I got an email that a player SandeeT was harassing them. They had only played you once and you kept leaving them negative feedback and even joined their hosted room to tell them off and they had to boot you. Etc Etc. I looked into it and that player did everything by the rules of Kaiser . They removed you from the room, added you to ignore and did not further the confrontation.  And don't you dare tell me this was Andyman in disguise again.  You went out of your way to go enter their room to tell them off but they booted you out before the conversation could escalate.

You will start to see why im actually taking this conversation this far because upon reading chat logs to search for the SandeeT abuse request I come across chat that shows  SandeeT can actually be a "Shit Disturber". Sometimes the trouble starts with you and ends with you in a temper tantrum while you chase players around and voice your stern opinions to them. Would you like me to do some "Copy n Paste" from the official chat logs again?  Should we open up a new can of conversations?

So based on what you believe and expect from me, does this mean because someone forms an opinion of you and files an official complaint about you that I should Ban you from the site?  Because your response to this type of problem is deal with this or we gone.

SandeeT you pay $15 a year x 2 to play on a public Kaiser Site that has 1000's of adult Members playing and trying to mingle with text chat and you want to me cater to your every request no matter how obscure or unreasonable it may be because you feel your right and always justified. You think that I don't deal with the Kaiser problems and ignore problems as people report them to me.

Toppdog3 emailed me last night that he was having trouble getting online and asked for help. I emailed him back that Kaiser is online and working properly and that the problem would be with his computer then proceeded to give him suggestions on things to try. His email didn't demand anything or give me ultimatums on fixing the problem.

One thing you will learn about me is that im a perfectionist. When I do something I do it perfectly from riding a bike to programming a Kaiser Site in 4 years in my spare time so that everyone might enjoy and compliment me on my accomplishments.  1 Compliment alone makes it all worth the time it took. And since this topic started I have received so many emails with compliments and sympathy on having to deal with you. So threatening me with 2 $15 memberships does not faze me, and I have already won because you won't be renewing in March and that means all this trouble goes away for $30.

I have never done that.   Enter a room & harrass players?  I play late nite quite often w. many folks.  New players, long-time, doesn't matter to me, my points average is not necessarily a reflection of how you actually play the game.   This is totally ridiculous!!  I play with anyone.   I hv never done what u are accusing me of.   Nor would I.   I hv been contacted by someone else who plays on here, who will not identify themself thru my Outlook Xpress Email who says that there are ways around your setup.  I honestly feel that i am being singled out & framed by someone, for whatever reason I cannot tell you.   Please, please other kaiser members let Kevin know that i would not pull this kind of crap.  No, I am not an angel, when i get the feeling that the person who is entering my room is being an arse & i am having problems with them, then I will express myself.   "HE" has played under the name "Ethyl" before, about 2 or 3 yrs ago & fie on me, I don't have Alzheimer's yet.  I believe it was his mother's or wife's name.  So, yes i became immediately suspicious of an "Ethie" who became insistent on playing.  A very oddball time of the morning to be signing on as a new player don't you think??  He/she was allowed in & bounced from their seat to room lobby several times & then wouldn't bid.  We used sound effects to prompt them with no reply.   And yes please, may i see the copy & paste files from other members who are claiming I abused them, because like i told you someone else CAN log on as new user as I was told and pretend to be me.  Kevin, you say there are 1,000's of members on here,  but you must recall that each member paid is allowed 5 user names.
If you can prove to me that Ethie is who she claims, and that i have actually harassed other members then i will humbly & gladly submit a written apology to each & every person I have offended and to you also.   I would like to see the spelling of the name used also.   Mine is lower case sandee upper case T. 
Same as the person who impersonated themselves as my daughter... do u not think i was upset about that??  As I stated i do not have personal children.   Does it not make u think that i am actually being targeted?  By the way the person I pointed out to you that I thought could well be the instigator of all of this is no longer listed on "community" under their original user name...could this be a minor clue??  Also the fact that they have been conspicuously quiet even though I know they read the Kaiser Forum.  Harumph!!  And yes, you astute, but exasperating person, you do a  good job with this site and you have always been appreciated by both Ken & I.  You know as soon as a problem arises with site usage i will contact you & you usually respond as quickly as you are able.  Well now here is one with a totally different twist    I expect the same. I was reading what you wrote in the forum Sandee. I see no reason for Kevin to lie about ETHIE17 being a demo player. I would be correct to assume that ETHIE17 is a demo player. In this case, even if a person or player name is banned, they would be able to start a new player name shortly after. So I would think trying to ban a person would be nearly impossible. If someone is being abusive to you Sandee, the easiest way to make it stop is to put them on ignore. Something to think about. Any person who has nothing better to do at 2 am then abuse you Sandee,  I would think that they do not have much of a life. What this person does to you reflects on themselves, not you Sandee. You were the first person I won a tourney with on the site, I would hate to see you leave.

In this case, even if a person or player name is banned, they would be able to start a new player name shortly after.

Actually Rory they cannot get back on. The computer gets banned. You would have to use a different Membership on a different computer on a different Internet with a new User Name.

Now if u were a member of a community that had access to many PC outlets and could continually move site to site... yes this is possible!!
We hv a person here that we know who does the Ktunaxa band PC computer entries, & he has told us that there are so many PC addresses available to members he has trouble keeping up with them.  So one PC address doesn't mean a thing, except to Ken & I.
