WHATS GOING ON???

i entered into the 10 pm tourney tonight.  I picked a pc p.  It kept telling me my p had left and to pick another.  it kept it up till doors closed. Then it told me im pink.  i hosted first game against robinsnest43 and bad4ubabe. i won.  i returned to lobby.  it showed me as my name badbabe and under pink it showed bones32??? I tried to recconect to see if that would fix it. it told me my serial # was being used and booted me into regular play tables??? could you look into this please and let me know what went wrong?
