How come some people have deleted negative comments and other do not?

Ok so some peoples profile say that they have like  20 neg comments but then it only shows 3..why is that?

Its because adding comments to the feedback was not implemented until a year after the feedback started. People had requested a reason to why they were getting Negatives.
