Please Read this, it contains important information about the Kaiser Community:

From looking through the chat logs i have noticed that some of you may not be aware of who i am or how to reach me.
Some of you are also wondering if I am online as other User names...

I Have NOT been online playing Kaiser in the past year as any User Name (PERIOD). I am however in the background processing orders, responding to emails, and monitoring the Kaiser Network.

My only email address is kcmagicdata@shaw.ca  always has been and always will be. If you email me a question and dont here back from me within a reasonable time frame then check in your Junk Email folders or post a Message on the FORUM here and i will answer you.

My User Name on the Kaiser site is K.C. Magic Data  as the administrator. This will never change.
There are some players that try to come on with a User Name that tries to resemble mine and some of you are asking them if it is me... PLEASE... PLEASE... note that  my User Name is the only one that has a "." and spaces and is more than 12 characters long no other player can do that. K.C. Magic Data also has (Admin) in brackets instead of points.

If anyone claims to be me other than the User Name above please email me and report them.
I also see that players ask how to reach me and a player will give them the wrong email address.

Please DO NOT call me on my home number as many have. I do not post it on the site for a reason, it is my personal home phone #. I offer many ways to reach me but some still feel they can look me up in the phone book and call me requesting their user name password and serial numbers.

If you lost your Password or Serial Number then use the built in tool that was designed for this reason..

Please do NOT use Offline Messages to ask questions or report problems to me, i rarely read them.
Post problems and questions on the Forum. i Check it every single day as i do my Email.

Never give out any personal information including Credit Card details, Passwords or Serial Numbers in the Kaiser Community.
I WILL NEVER ASK YOU... because i already have that information. Never email Credit Card details to me. Your Information that i have on file is considered private and i will NOT ever sell it or give it to any outside party for spamming or any purpose.  With that in mind this also includes people emailing me asking for the alias of a player or their name and any other details about them.
DO NOT ASK me... i will never give you that information no matter what you say you need it for.

Folks please use the Ignore option when a player is bothering you...I spent thousands of hours writing code so that Kaiser would have the most useful options. There are 100's of people playing on Kaiser and i can't deal with every email that says this person said a swear word and i want them banned or this player wont let me join their room. To often there are players that will bicker back n forth for hours then when 1 player goes overboard i get the email complaining that they were abusive. So i sift through the millions of lines of chat logs only to find that they were both equally abusive. Im not going to judge on who swore the most or who called the other the most offensive names. If you agree to argue with other players then keep it in the Paged messages not in the lobby chat. if you use the Lobby chats to be offensive to another player then you are being offensive to everyone in the lobby and i will be the judge there.

Kaiser has no age limit so parents should take the initiative and monitor their kids on Kaiser and turn the language filter on then give them rules to follow. I cannot prevent people from being abusive i can only deal with it after its happened. Lets face it, we are human. As humans we are unpredictable.

When a Player Hosts a room... then that is their room and they call the shots for that room... they must still follow the rules of Member Conduct http://www.kaisergame.com/Home/License.htm   but if they don't want you in their room then that is their choice. If they ask you to leave... then Leave. If you don't like what is happening in a room... then Leave... don't sit and yell at people till they yell back or are forced to boot you. Too many players go looking for a fight then don't like the outcome then complain to me. If a player doesn't want you as their partner in a room... then that is their choice, respect it, that is not a reason to start an argument. If a player reserves the seat across from them then its because they want to control who their partner is, they are allowed to do that.

FACTS:
A  player cannot give Feedback to the same player from the same computer no matter how many user names they login with.

I will NOT alter players Points, Wins, Losses including Tournament Wins, Losses or Negative Feedback upon request.. So please stop asking me, its not fair to the other players on the site.
