Kaiser "How-To" Guide

For the past couple of years I have been sporadiically working on a guide for Kaiser. I have kind of hit a wall so I have decided to post what I have to date. If anybody wants to, feel free to print a copy (it is set up to print as a booklet, 2 pages per side (4 pages per sheet), 20 or so sheets in total). Sorry but for some reason the Table of Contents didn't make it into Google Docs.
