Mail Order

It is important if you are renewing a Serial Number that you please indicate the number you want renewed. Please do not write your Serial Numbers on your MO or checks. Also indicate your email address when renewing.

If you are ordering a new Membership it is important that you send along your email address. Please use a word processor or print clearly and verify you have sent the correct email address. Your Serial Number will be sent to the email address you specify.

Yearly Memberships are $20 per year and $10 for each additional Membership. Max 4 per order.
