I used a computer once just to play kaiser online, now i want to use a serial #

I used this computer once for kaiser online and made a new name. i forgot the password so i deleted kaiser off the computer and reinstalled it, but the old name came up again and i cant enter my serial # to player under my other name on here, what do i do?
