I just paid for the year and my seiral # is invalid. So how do I get hocked up so I can play.

If the message you get is "Invalid Serial #" then that means you have entered the # in wrong

They are in groups of 4 and must be Letters -  Numbers - letters - Numbers

and you must enter the "-" in between with no spaces

I can't put the "-" between the numbers and letters. I have the serial number that thay gave me and it is 4 letters 4 numbers 4 letters 4numbers. So I don't know what to do.

You must enter the "-" in between the groups of 4 like this

DEMO-1234-DEMO-1234

the "-" is to the right of the zero key on the top row

or you could Copy and Paste from the email you received
