Not sure what else to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im confussed and frustrated and not sure what else to do. When i log on to Kaier, i can play for awhile and then it disconnects; i am annoying other players and know they are starting to get frusteated also. In the last week i bougt a new router( my computer is an Acer laptop), took my computer in to be repiaired and got virius cleaned out and haved talked to Sasktel about our internet connection --that they said is good. Last night, i switched my connection from downstairs to upstairs and it seems to be better, but still seems to disconnect. Please help me Kevin, or whoever before i loose my mind and kill my computer. Muchly appreciatted in advance. Bigdaddy37

The problem that happened on Sunday morning was caused by my Router.

Thanks Kevin, but its been doing this for a month. I also got a new spy ware put in, but have allowed Kaiser to go on.

You say Laptop so does that mean your are connecting to the internet via the Wireless?

If so then wireless is not a 100% error free signal. Kaiser may or may not work properly with wireless if your loosing the signal even if it is for a fraction of a second.

Try a plug in hookup for awhile to see if there is any change
