Kevin, i restored my pc to factory settings... when i down loaded kaiser again and put in my serial # it refused saying it was a duplicate??? i dunno what to do...I hope you do...

Are you sure the message your getting doesnt say

"User Name taken or incorrect password"

If your trying to create your user name again then you need to enter the same password that is registered with that user name.

   Kevin when badbabe4y goes to the site you posted and uses her name and password it sends DEMO 1234 DEMO 1234 and not her serial number.
Can you give us more advice?  thx bad4u

The game is designed to send you the Serial Number that is currently being used with a specific User Name so if DEMO is being used then DEMO will be emailed.
