Points & Bonus

As you play you will earn points based on the tricks and cards you take and the games you win or bids made.

There must be 2 or more humans playing before points will change.

This means that you cannot obtain or loose points if you play with 3 computer players.

You cannot collect points in an Unrated game or when playing off the community.

Points are collected as you finish a hand or a game and are a total of your base points and bonus points.

Bonus points are accumulated by such tasks as setting your opponents or taking all but the 3 of Spades.

How well your partner plays will also reflect on your bonus points because your are playing as a team.

Tip: To obtain more points and move to a higher ranking it is best to play against users with more points than you.

If you win against a player with more points then you, you will receive 5 bonus points and they will loose -5 bonus points.

This pertains to each player that you win against. So winning a game against 2 players that have more points than you will give you 10 bonus points and each of them will go down 5 bonus points. This will allow for new players just starting out to

be able to catch the leaders.

Abandon Games

Abandon Game Points are in place for people that tend to leave games early before collecting a game loss on their record.

If you leave a game before it has ended then you will collect 1 Abandon Game Point as well as loose 15 Bonus Points.

If you leave the game before it is over and your opponents have 40 score points or more then you will loose an extra 5 bonus points as well as a count a Game Lost and Game Played.  In most cases you will loose more points with Abandon Game then you would if you just finished the game instead. Your Abandon Game Points are visible  to all other users under View User Details.

Note: There must be 2 or more hands played before an Abandon Game will be recorded.

In some cases a player may need to leave a game for other reasons than dodging a loss,  so it is left up to the game Host.

A player may ask the game Host to eject them from the game so that they don't receive the Abandon Game Point.

To do this a Host would click the requesting player from the table and  choose Remove Player.
