Hi! I purchased my membership yesterday but today when I log in it says my serial number has expired! I am confused.... I thought it was supposed to last a year not one day! If that is the case then I want my money BACK!

If the Credit Card details or the Expiry date are entered incorrectly then it reverts back to expired because the order did not complete.
