Title: Wrongly expiered serial number

My name is Ben Schurman,  I paid for a year membership and now it says my serial number is expierd. The email for help isnt working. I would like to have my membership renewed so i can keep playing. Can someone from the website please get back to me.  ben_schurman@hotmail.com  Thank you very much

I also sent you an email

The reason your Membership shows as expired is because the Credit Card # you entered in the order form was incorrect.I could not process the order and therefor it reduces back 1 year.

If you want to continue then go back to the Credit Card order form and choose "Renewal" and please verify the credit card # is entered correctly and it will add 1 year.

Do not send Credit Card details through email please
