It keeps telling me that my username Sparrow is invalid.. and my membership is still good till 2009...

If you havnt used that User Name in 3 or more months then it is removed.
I just added it back for you so try logging in again
If its not in your list of user names then you need to "Add User" and use the same password that belongs to it
