Forgot Password or Serial Number
You will find this at the main log on screen.

To retrieve a password you must enter the User Name and the current Serial Number.
To retrieve the Serial Number you must enter the User Name and the current password for that User Name.

An email will be sent to the email address you provided when the User Name was created.
